Before bringing your Mac.
Yes. We specialize in unsupported equipment, from compact Macintosh models to early PowerPC and Intel machines.
We receive the machine by appointment, document its condition, and provide options, timing, and pricing before intervening.
Yes. Valuation considers originality, condition, accessories, packaging, documentation, provenance, and rarity.
Yes. We coordinate specialized packing and recommend insurance for collectible pieces or restored machines.
Repair services include a 90-day warranty on the work performed, except for vintage parts with no available replacement.
We preserve original parts whenever technically responsible. When something is replaced, we document provenance and compatibility.
We can evaluate old disks and media. Recovery depends on the physical and logical state of the storage.
